Zaplac Recepte

Our role

Our main task in this project was visual identification for the zaplacrecepte.pl portal. The most important case was to design the logotype. We had to adapt the style to suit the medical nature of the portal, while at the same time being modern and eye-friendly.

Context

ZaplacRecepte is a portal that was created to make it easier for patients to contact specialists. It allows you to consult, get a prescription and pay for it without leaving home. This is a great solution today, when we still have a lack of time, in particular, to take care of our health. It also facilitation in the era of the coronavirus pandemic, when the less we spend time in places with sick people, the better. It’s a help not only for patients but also for doctors on their daily work.

Methods

As always, research went first. When creating identification, we need to learn about what best suits the target audience. The next step was to design the logo, brand symbol and also describe the relationship with typography and colors with using them in various media and applications.

Analysis

The analysis of the research results helped us determine how to construct the brand identification so that it could be legible for everyone. We are dealt here with a wide audience, from young people for whom digital reality is everyday life, to older people who are not dealing with it that well. Despite appearances, it is very important while creating the visual side of the brand.

Documents

Logotype created, identification designed, and what next? All of this must be documented. Everything that we have done, our every decision, and the line we set can be found in the project documentation. It is tangible proof of our work and the progress we have achieved.

Visual

The most important part of the work in this project was creating the brand’s logotype. It consists of two parts: a cut medical cross with rounded edges and the brand name. We chose the colors referring to the medical industry – two shades of blue. We have also created an achromatic version of the logo, useful for printing, for example, business cards. The client received a brand book that describes the logo with all its details and also instructions for using it for various marketing purposes.

Results

Thanks to the knowledge about the characteristics of the website and the expectations of its customers, we have created a clear and transparent visual identification. First of all, we designed a logo that is not only pleasing to the eye but also reflects the spirit and keynote of the brand.
