Care Express

Our role

Our goal was to design a visual identity for the Care Express service. The most important part of our cooperation was to create the main logotype and also logotypes for sub-services. It’s a key element of brand identification – the business card of the company, which helps to build recognizability.

Context

Care Express is a service that combines four sub-services related to care: Nanny Express, Senior Express, Pet Express, and Special Needs. It is a place where you can find professional care for your loved ones. Or maybe you want to take care of others? You can apply to Care Express for such work in the specialization that you choose.

Methods

A large service, offering a very wide range of care and a diverse group of recipients. All this had to be taken into account in creating the identification. So we did some research first. It allowed us to get to know potential users better. Then it was time to design. At this stage, we tried to combine the nature of the website with the needs of users.

Analysis

The analysis of all research results and ideas that we have created allowed us to build a project that meets the needs of our client and service users.

Documents

All our design work has been meticulously documented. It is needed for the client to see what work we have done. And for us so that we can come back to it when we need to change something or describe a project.

Visual

We took care not only to make the logotype stand out visually but also to represent the message that the brand wanted to achieve. We designed it to have the right form, where the name is in the proper size and is located perfectly in the middle, at equal distances from the edges. For the sub-services, we focused on creating a bit different, but stylistically identical logotypes, in such a way that they also match the main one.

Results

The logos are designed to attract attention, visually convey what the brand works for and also which values it represents. We also created a brand book; wrote down the rules of using the logotypes, so that they wouldn’t lose their visual qualities and, above all, legibility.
